These earrings were made in Uganda with a pair of genuine old East African coins. (They're minted with the holes in the center.) A small bead adds a touch of color. Coins and beads used will vary.

Malden, Massachusetts-based Project Have Hope is a 501(c)(3) organization that works with women in the Acholi Quarter of Uganda. Through the fair trade sales of their crafts, Project Have Hope funds economic and educational programs for these artists and their families.
