Sterling Silver Lemon Fork Earrings

These statement sterling silver dangle earrings are handcrafted from a matching pair of sterling silver lemon forks. On average, each earring weighs 5 grams (10 grams for the pair), but each piece is handmade from vintage forks so they are not all perfectly identical. There's enough variance in the forks to allow for a gram difference either way in weight.

For the Aurora design, the forks are bent so the outer tines are wrapped in a spiral around the center tine. The center tine finishes the design with a tight spiral.

For Tranquility, the tines of each fork are given beautiful sculptural spirals and the design finishes with a stack of spirals on the bottom.

Each pair of earrings is finished with hand rolled ear hooks made from 19 gauge sterling silver wire. The backs of each piece are marked .925. These 3 dimensional bends catch light and reflections beautifully.

With the exception of the image with the quarter, which is used for size comparison, all images show the actual earrings in stock at Repurposed.  Matching necklaces are also available. Jewelry comes in gift box.
