The original Paul’s Metal Petals design—and still the best seller—the Drunken Dragonfly is crafted from the handles of vintage flatware, with a sleek body and delicate wings that catch the light just right.
Balanced by a swirling spiral and a counterweight (either an oak leaf or a butterfly), it sways gently in the breeze atop its 36” garden stake. Each piece is handmade and one of a kind, with slight variations that make your dragonfly uniquely yours—even if it looks like it’s had one too many.
The spiral and counterweight are unfinished metal and may develop rust over time when exposed to the elements. If you’d prefer to keep them looking shiny, a quick coat of clear urethane can help protect against rust.
