The creator behind Clutch & Caboodle, Sandy, tells us her main mission is to breathe new life into discarded textiles. She is an eco-conscious textile artisan from Massachusetts committed to the pursuit of "creative reuse," what some might call upcycling.

"My efforts are a response to the alarming environmental crisis related to the disposal and decomposition hazards of textile waste. Minimizing this waste by breathing new life into discarded textiles is my mission. Transforming them into one-of-a-kind handmade clutches, purses, bags, pouches, wallets—a 'caboodle' of handmade items for toting personal paraphernalia—is my business."
